Cardio Vascular Exercises Can Do More Than Just Burn Extra Pounds!

Cardio-vascular exercises cannot only help you lose those unwanted weight. They can definitely alleviate any pain you might be experiencing from your muscles to your joints.

When an individual experiences some kind of pain in their hips or joints, what they tend to do is to confine themselves at home and never do a thing. This can be wrong. Doing some light exercise like is one best way to remedy aching muscles and joints. Below are some exercises that might be helpful for you.

  • Walking. As they say, walking is the best exercise. You only need 30 minutes walk a day to stay fit. Even more effective is brisk walking. You can burn as high as 200 calaries for a 30 minute walk.
  • Cycling. Doing some elliptical cycling is also helpful. You don’t need to push yourself for more speed. Find your comfortable speed without hurting your knees and joints.
  • Swimming. Health professionals recommend swimming as one of the best cardiovascular exercise. You have no fear of injuring your knee or joint due to water resistance. You can burn as much as 500 calories because swimming is a complete body workout.

Hi,

Even though I am teaching others how to get rid of their glasses, fact is our eyes are connected to the whole body and spatially to the joints.

That’s why a big part of my program is a joint gymnastics.
