They slow down unwanted growth of some cells and even destroy cancer cells that had developed. Because of this, they help prevent three of the most common forms of cancer which are breast, colon and prostate cancer.

Cancer too has received encouraging information with the administration of fish oil. Same is the case with gout. In fact, fish oil benefits can affect you from head to toe. Age is also not a barrier.
