Shed Some Pounds by Drinking Water

Our body is made up of more than 60% water. Water is really essential to our body and it does so many cleansing effects. Water purifies the major organs of our body like our lungs, liver, and intestines. It also detoxifies our blood. Kidney requires water during metabolic process to wash out the toxins. Kidney does not work properly if it lacks water, thus the liver will carry the load of the kidney.

Because of this our body’s metabolism is affected and our body stores water to avoid future drought. This stored water adds to your body weight. Now when you lose this water in your body, you will naturally lose weight. How? By simply drinking more water! A regular person drinks 1.5 liters of water daily. Now if you add one more glass to drink for the excess 12.5 KG of your body weight, you’ll get better results.

At first you may feel uncomfortable drinking more water. But as you make it a daily habit, your body gets more accustomed to it that you don’t even have to regularly urinate. Moreover, aside from the water you drink the stored water in your body will also gradually come out. In time, your body starts to feel the effect and you start losing weight.

When you drink more water, naturally it will make you less thirsty. This way, you can avoid yearning for those high-calorie drinks such as sodas and mocha lattes. Now when you make water as the replacement for these high-calorie drinks, you will surely lose weight!
