It was indeed that it promotes good mood or feeling while having a sinful bite of it. Do you know why is that gives someone some sort of high? Well cocoa also contain an amino acid known as Tryptophan a and the pleasurable compound called serotonin a neurotransmitter that is rich in fats that set off a release of serotonin in the brain, making a chocoholic to feel very happy. No wonder that most of the girls who are so sentive in nature loves to eat it once they’re feeling blue but some of them are scare to eat even a single bite of it. Is chocolate really addicting or gratifying? Some claims that it has caffeine that somehow gives an unexpected addiction or was it because of the glucose that caused sugar rush or sugar withdrawal making it addicting in some ways. Well it would really depend on someone’s point of view.
Well we must not forget that anything that is in excess are really bad so its better to have the discipline to have anything in moderation.
