We cannot deny the fact that many people really hate to eat vegetables for some reasons. It’s because vegetables are not pleasant to eat and less attractive to our taste buds that’s why some of us are fond of eating pork, beef, frozen products because they give us more satisfaction. But we are not aware that the more satisfaction we are getting from those foods, the more we are prone to contagious diseases.

If we want to stay fit and healthy, we have to be practical and wise at the same time. In the other farmland, malunggay vegetable could really help you to boost your immune system. My father got an accident early last year. The doctor said that he really needs to undergo some operations so they did.
